As a Mask: Always remove makeup before applying. Mix 1 TBS of grains with water to form a spreadable paste. Apply to face and leave on for 5-10 minutes. Rinse off well. Use up to 3 times a week.
As a scrub: Mix grains with a small amount of water and massage in circular motions onto wet skin, or mix in palms with favorite cleanser.
